Are unlëss cosmetics products safe for my skin and health?
Yes, Unlëss Cosmetics products are designed to be safe for your skin and health. We use carefully selected ingredients and exclude any controversial components. Thus, our products are formulated without endocrine disruptors, allergens, irritants, perfume, essential oils, etc. Find our complete list of banned ingredients here.
In addition, each formula is dermatologically tested to ensure optimal tolerance, even for the most sensitive skin.
Are unlëss cosmetics products tested on animals? Vegan?
No, Unlëss Cosmetics products are not tested on animals. In fact, animal testing is prohibited in Europe, and we strictly comply with these regulations.
Additionally, the majority of our products are vegan. Only the Oxishield Radiance Antioxidant Serum contains honey, making it an exception.

How long does it take to see the effects of Unlëss Cosmetics products?
The effects of the products may vary depending on the skin type and the product used. Some users may see changes after a few applications, but for optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend using the products regularly for 4 to 6 weeks, the period necessary for your skin to completely regenerate.
Do unlëss cosmetics products have an expiration date?
Yes, once opened, our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. To find out the specific shelf life of each product, check the packaging and look for the symbol of an open jar.

Do you offer free shipping on unlëss cosmetics products?
Yes, we offer free delivery to a relay point in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands for purchases over 50 EUR.
What are the delivery times and prices?
We undertake to ship the products ordered within a period generally estimated between 3 and 6 working days.
These delivery times are given as an indication and depend in particular on the availability of carriers.
Delivery prices depend on the destination country and the delivery method chosen (home or relay point). These are calculated automatically on the payment page of our site.
Where and to which countries can I have my order delivered?
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
The delivery methods offered are either home delivery or delivery to a relay point.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track the delivery.

Can I return or exchange certain unlëss cosmetics products?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the order. Any opened, consumed or damaged product will not be accepted.
